Abstract With growing attention to and the importance of entrepreneurship education, there is a need for clear classification of educational programmes based on educational intervention performance. In examining a sample of 446 tourism and hospitality students, this study develops an integrated mediation-moderation approach to analyse the outcomes of entrepreneurship education. Our findings reveal mediating roles of entrepreneurial content, passion for learning and entrepreneurship promotion in the relationships between knowledge application and entrepreneurial inclination. Furthermore, a three-way interaction reveals that high levels of independent learning and knowledge transfer strengthen the relationship between entrepreneurship promotion and entrepreneurial inclination.
