Abstract We derive a priori C 2 , α interior estimates in dimension three for viscosity solutions of the quadratic Hessian equation σ 2 ( D 2 u ) = f ( x ) , provided that the positive f is bounded and its Holder semi-norm is small. Actually, we relax the Holder continuity condition of f to be of integral sense.
