Abstract The paper presents the results of the investigation into the manufacturing of spherical powder from machining chips of heat-resistant Fe-11Cr-1.5Ni-0.2V-0.4Mo-0.1C steel. The obtained powder was used to manufacture bulk samples by additive manufacturing methods (SLM and DED). A comparative analysis of the chemical composition and mechanical characteristics of the samples meets the requirements of the reference document (RD).
