Abstract The present work deals with theoretical study of magnetic hyperthermia produced by a system of magnetically interacting ferromagnetic particles, placed in a rotating magnetic field. Our results show that the interparticle interaction significantly enhances the intensity of the heat production; the thermal effect in the rotating field is greater than that in the linearly polarized field with the same amplitude and frequency.
