Let's Move launched on February 9, 2010, pushing progress on improved school lunches and increased nutrition education, and cultivating school gardens into full bloom. Changes in SNAP-Ed guidance expanded it to include policy, system, and environment change approaches. We also have increased consciousness on how government food programs build food security. The Obama administration put a spotlight on nutrition education.
