In this report, we present the case of a COVID-19 positive patient whose symptomatic inflammatory AAA (abdominal aortic aneurysm) was successfully treated with EVAR (endovascular aortic repair) at our institution. We will discuss the reasoning behind the type of therapy used and the various lessons learned.
