Abstract M2BiLi2V3O12 (M = Ca, Zn) low temperature co-fired ceramics were investigated in the present work. The ceramics could be densified at 625–675 °C for 4 h. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns of ceramics shown that Ca2BiLi2V3O12 was a single phase with cubic garnet structure, but Zn2BiLi2V3O12 displayed multiple phases. Both ceramics exhibited good comprehensive performances (Ca2BiLi2V3O12: optimized sintering temperature Ts = 650 °C, er = 24.7, Q × f = 6436 GHz, τƒ = 57 ppm/°C. Zn2BiLi2V3O12: Ts = 675 °C, er = 17.0, Q × f = 17,522 GHz, τƒ = −154 ppm/°C), indicating that they are the candidates for LTCC device applications.
