Abstract Piezoresistive type Electronic skin (PE), with the advantages of the simple processing circuit, high accuracy and low cost, has drawn great attention in decade. However, experimental repeatability and dispersion uniformity are still insurmountable for its development. Here, a high-dispersed and skin-conformal PE has been fabricated by mixing silver-coated glass microspheres into silicone. The PE shows great sensitivity (0.448 kPa-1) and stability (8000 cycles). The sensor can sense various human posture movement due to its excellent mechanical characteristic and high electric performance. This work provides a new strategy by applying a skin-conformal composite with high-dispersed filler as an E-skin, exhibiting huge potential in human motion monitoring.
