Abstract Three kinds of alloys were dexterously performed via different heat treatment conditions, i.e., Q&P steel with quenching & partitioning process, 6Mn steel with hot-rolling and 9Mn steel with intercritical annealing. The results show that C and Mn concentrations in metastable austenite (γ) for Q&P, 6MnHR and 9MnIA samples could be viewed as 0.99C-1.5Mn, 0.45C-6Mn and 0.167C-12.5Mn (wt%) under the condition of thermal processes, respectively. The content of γ in three steels changed with different degree by deep-cryogenic treatment (DCT), which primarily attributes to the influence of C and Mn atoms on transformation temperature (MS) and Neel temperature (TN).
