Abstract It is an original remote control created by the FPGA algorithm for a self-disciplined learner model on the Chinese educational platform. In the new model, the learner model is used for the original Birch algorithm. Used. The advanced learner model creates a field of distance learning, deep learning styles and provides an excellent theoretical basis for clustering ethics. The platform can be connected anywhere to the campus network by using a computer terminal to access it. It describes the system configuration, interface module functions, education, and e-learning platform. Based on the impact assessment analysis, the proposed Regulation provides a platform independent learning process, direct interaction between teachers and students to achieve specific design modules to improve teaching effectiveness through online learning later.
