Abstract With the implementation of new curriculum reforms, colleges and universities have begun to reform their educational models. Physical education is also included in the reform of the critical curriculum system not well resource sharing. The martial arts course has many features, such as self-defense and physical fitness, welcomed by students. In existing system research shows that martial arts courses' resources are limited, and many students cannot successfully choose it. Even if the student chooses, the educational effect is not suitable for many students—part of the martial arts that teach this online resource sharing plan. The selection of the proposed system physical material-based method will strengthen the practical skills and understanding of these students. Every year, sports students solve their problems by designing circuit boards on FPGAs (Field Programmable Gate Array) to realize digital systems. To achieve the goal of student-oriented sports analysis and the emotion of students as the mainline. This article relies on the latest 5th generation technology to study the reform of the martial arts teaching the system. Based on the 5G and FPGA integrated information service, it has been achieved in the class of FPGA system integration and equipment rental martial arts Experimental verification of the system. The "Sports and Health Curriculum Standards", which achieves the educational goals of the overall reform of martial arts teaching the system and provides a theoretical reference for new plans of physical, educational reform On-research based on training procedures and collaborative practice requirements for students who master to some extent of difficulty.
