Abstract In this paper, the periodicity of a class of impulsive Cohen–Grossberg-type fuzzy neural networks with hybrid delays is investigated. By applying integro-differential inequality with delays, the Lyapunov function, the Poincare map and the fixed point theory, we obtained some new sufficient conditions which guarantees the existence of periodic solutions and global exponential stability of the formulated system. Three numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness and generality of our method.
