Abstract This paper proposes a 3D image hiding algorithm with deep learning based demosaicking and computational integral imaging methods. Compared with the previous color 3D image coding method, the proposed algorithm can greatly reduce the amount of ciphertext data by two-thirds through the color filter array (CFA). And the generated CFA is coded by our proposed block cellular automata coding method, which has high security. It is worth noting that The deep learning based demosaicking algorithm can effectively resolve the problem of low resolution that exists in the conventional integral imaging reconstruction algorithms.
