Highlights • Racial disparities exist in CRC screening by history of CVD in the ACA era.• Hispanics, Whites and women with CVD are more likely to be screened for CRC.• CRC screening in Hispanics with CVD was higher in the stable phase of the ACA era.• CRC screening needs to improve for Blacks, who also bear higher risk of CVD.
