Abstract An integrated software reliability analysis platform (Software Reliability Auto-Modeling and Analysis Platform, SRAMAP) was designed for the modeling and analysis of digital instruments and control software system. Based on the Flow Network Model (FNM) approach, analysts can analyze and evaluate the software reliability in SRAMAP quickly. A novel method that transformed the FNM approach into Bayesian Brief Network (BBN) was presented for the location of the most sensitive edges (code blocks) by sensitivity analysis. Moreover, a practical approach for finding out sensitive paths in complexity software called “Contribution” was proposed in this paper. The test information and analytical data can be stored to help analysts perform real-time analysis in SRAMAP.
