Abstract We report the first case of a newborn with a rare combination of tricuspid valve atresia, type II truncus arteriosus, unobstructed supracardiac total anomalous pulmonary venous return and a single intramural coronary artery. Early unroofing of the coronary artery in these patients may improve prognosis.
