Actually, the SMEs have lot of barriers to extend their operations beyond their national borders. This paper studies the different regulations about services in the domestic market. Principally the Directive 2006/123/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006, as well as some other Spanish Laws and Royal Decree regarding this matter.
