Abstract Taking Guangxi Beibu gulf as the research area, the reclamation was interpreted and analyzed with the remote sensing image data from 1980 to 2018. This paper makes a quantitative evaluation of reclamation data, analyzes the main driving factors of reclamation in Guangxi Beibu gulf and tries to provide decision for integrated coastal zone management. It indicates that the influence of human beings on the coastal zone continues to increase.
