Abstract A lot of research has been proposed to solve neutrosophic problems. The proposed algorithms and solutions misses of basic operations calculations tool to build on it. IVns is sharing a good percentage of those proposals and preferred in many situations. PyIVNS is a python tool to allow researchers to perform operations on interval-valued neutrosophic sets (IVNS). Operations can be done over matrices of IVNS. Also, PyIVNS tool can perform normalization for matrices using several methods of normalization (Linear, Linear by min–max, linear by sum, vector, and enhanced accuracy). PyIVNS Tool can be embedded in other software or tool or it can be used via its web application.
