Abstract In this paper, we continue the study of the cancellation problem for the cartesian product of partially ordered sets (posets for short) and of T 0 -spaces. We first give a class of partially ordered sets satisfying the cancellation law which is different from that investigated by Banaschewski and Lowen, and then give its corresponding topological version.
