Urethral adenocarcinoma of males is a rare disease with limited prospective data to define optimal treatment. Surgical excision remains the primary treatment for early-stage disease. We present the case of a 45-year-old-man with a locally recurrent urethral adenocarcinoma after initial surgical resection managed successfully with combined weekly cisplatinum and radiation therapy.
