Adrenal pseudocysts are rare entities in clinical practice and many are picked up incidentally.1 The incidence of congenital anomaly of inferior vena cava (IVC) is estimated to range from 0.2% to 3.0% in the general population.2 We report an exceptional case of a giant right-sided adrenal pseudocyst with inferior vena cava duplication to illustrate the clinical and histopathological features of this entity.
