The incidence of renal tumor on the allograft kidney is relatively rare. There is no standard treatment available for the management of such cases. However, if technically feasible nephron-sparing surgical approaches, whether open or minimally invasive, should be preferred for the management of these challenging cases. To our knowledge, there is no pure laparoscopic technique reported in the literature but only three cases of robot-assisted partial nephrectomy (RPN). In this article, we aimed to present the application of pure transperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy (LPN) for the management of a renal mass on the allograft kidney.
