An 89-year-old man was admitted to another hospital because of obstructive jaundice. CT detected a tumor in the hepatic hilum. Biliary drainage was attempted under ERCP guidance. Placement of an uncovered selfexpandable metallic stent was performed for the anterior and posterior biliary tracts. After this procedure, the obstructive jaundice resolved; however, 2 months later, recurrence of obstructive jaundice was observed. Repeated intervention
