This paper studies the clinical features, surgical methods and postoperative results of patients with mandibular angle osteotomy. The position, orientation and relationship of the mandibular canal in three-dimensional reconstruction are analysed. The three-dimensional reconstruction technique of the mandibular canal is observed in the mandibular angle. The clinical application value of orthopaedics. The paper selected from October 2017 to September 2019, a total of 19 cases of mandibular angle osteotomy, all patients underwent preoperative gross examination and x-ray examination. A total of 21 cases of preoperative three-dimensional reconstruction and preoperative simulation were performed in this group of data, and 7 cases were reconstructed three to three months after surgery. The results of the study showed that among the 119 subjects, 93 patients were followed up for 3 months. All the surgeons and the subjects considered that the following contours were significantly improved and the results were satisfactory in 88 cases, accounting for 73.95% of all cases. 57 years of follow-up for more than 6 months. For example, 56 cases were satisfactory, accounting for 47.06% of all cases. The above studies show that the three-dimensional reconstruction can well display the position of the mandibular canal, the direction of travel and the relationship with the surrounding structure, and avoid the accidental injury of the vascular nerve bundle in the mandibular canal during mandibular angle osteotomy. Three-dimensional images based on spiral CT reconstruction can help determine the surgical plan of the mandibular angle osteotomy, preoperative simulation training, and evaluate the surgical results.
