Incident atrial fibrillation (AF) resulting in hypotension and ICU care is a significant occurrence complicating stem cell transplantation (SCT) for AL amyloidosis. We have reported that while a history of AF predicted post-SCT AF, echocardiographic parameters were not associated with incident AF.
