Pacemaker-mediated tachycardia (PMT) is common in patients with dual chamber pacemakers (DCPM). Endless loop tachycardia (ELT) is a type of PMT that is characterized by P-synchronous ventricular pacing, whereby a retrograde P wave occurs outside of the programmed PVARP and is sequentially tracked.
