Coronary artery aneurysm (CAA) is a focal dilatation of a coronary segment. Coronary artery ectasia involves a more diffuse lesion. They both occur in 1-5 % of patients undergoing coronary angiography. CAA’s are rarely responsible for acute coronary syndrome. Their management remains problematic
