Organic long-persistent luminescence materials can be easy to quench in aqueous solutions or air, which limits their wide applications. Here we report novel doped organic crystals to overcome this challenge. The stable LPL performance of this crystalline material is visible for over 8 s and can be maintained for at least three months even in aqueous solution or air.
