We report a Co/Salox-catalyzed atroposelective C-H activation/annulation process that concurrently constructs dual C-N stereogenic axes under mild conditions. By incorporating acyclic axial chirality into 1,3-biaxial scaffolds, we achieve diverse multi-axial chiral architectures, thereby expanding the synthetic application of Co(II)/Salox catalytic systems.
