An exactly solvable model of equilibrium and stability of a gravitationally bound low dust density cloud embedded in background plasma is described. The dust is distributed almost homogeneously within the cloud. The corresponding eigen value equation is solved using the Frobenius method to calculate the complete set of radial eigen modes and corresponding frequencies. The low dust density cloud is shown to be stable. This model can be useful in benchmarking simulation codes and modelling dust density distribution in the interstellar cloud in the HII region.
