Constrictive epicarditis is a rare condition and sometimes difficult to diagnose. Epicarditis is the inflammation of the visceral epicardium, most often associated with parietal pericardium involvement and constrictive physiology. We report the case of a 22 years old man with constrictive epicarditis revealing an Adult-onset Still’s Disease (AODS). He initially presented with fulminant tamponade and then developed subacute constriction symptoms leading to a diagnosis of epicarditis and then still’s disease according to Fautrel and Yamaguchi criteria confirmed by the spectacular evolution under corticosteroid and anakinra. Constrictive Epicarditis is a rare complication of Adult-onset Still’s disease.
