The standard of production is high, with the few typographical errors only at the level of a missing equals sign here and italics instead of bold face there. For its target audience, this is an excellent book. Anybody who purchased it on the basis of its title alone, however, might be disappointed to find that more than one third of the contents discussed specialised topics which were not relevant to them.
