ABSTRACT A short-time decrease of the dispersion frequency by three orders of magnitude and its subsequent return to previous value was observed during investigations of dielectric dispersion of BaTiO3 single crystal under influence of measuring electric field only. It is suggested that possible mechanism of this phenomenon is related to the dynamics of screening processes.
