ABSTRACT Linear and non-linear dielectric properties of composites based on KIO3 and nanocrystalline cellulose Acetobacter Xylinum were investigated. An increase in temperatures of the structural transitions IV→III and III→II by 20 and 24 К respectively for potassium iodate embedded into the pores of nanocellulose as compared to phase transitions of the bulk of KIO3 was found.
