Abstract This article is a comprehensive study of piezoelectric materials and provides information on surface analysis. In the main scope, the article is about examining surface analysis data and discussing its results. The results obtained by X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS) and also Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) technique used to understand the surface morphology of the piezoelectric material sample. Piezoelectric materials, unlike conventional materials, are materials that produce energy when subjected to an electric field or when compression-pulling force is applied. The aim of the article is to present the information about which elements, which characteristic of the piezoelectric materials produce energy.
