Abstract Dielectric properties were studied; using a LCR tester at varies temperatures, from 50 Hz to 100 KHz for pure, samarium, samarium & tin doped potassium niobate single crystals. Due to samarium doping change in the dielectric constant and dielectric losses are attributed to domain walls and Maxwell Wagner type respectively.

Keywords: tin doped; pure samarium; samarium; doped potassium; samarium tin; samarium samarium
