ABSTRACT Effect of film thickness on the magnetic properties of inverse spinel has been studied using Monte Carlo simulation. The critical temperature has been obtained for different film thickness up to Lā€‰=ā€‰13. The free boundary conditions along L direction have been used. The magnetic hysteresis is obtained for different temperatures and for different film thickness up to Lā€‰=ā€‰7. The magnetic coercive field and remanent magnetization increase with increasing the thickness of the film and decrease with increasing the temperature values.
