not always possible for students or trainee physicians on busy clinical rotations. As mentioned by Mr. Emery, simply recording and replaying a lecture would not be ideal. Therefore, we require alternative methods of learning that are both interactive and asynchronous. The E-lecture method that I have used may help teachers facilitate learning beyond the constraints of time and space. Other advantages of the method include the ability for teachers to deliver post-tests and obtain feedback from all learners with minimal additional effort, something which may not be possible with traditional lectures.
