Dear Sir Panacea as defined by the Oxford English Dictionary is, “a solution or remedy for all difficulties or diseases” (OED 2018). In this regard, we agree with Christopher and Leow and support their proposal that open book examinations are not a panacea to the challenge of an overcrowded curriculum (Christopher and Leow 2018).
