Non-puerperal uterine inversion is a rare clinical entity and usually occurs as a prolapse of a benign or malignant mass located at the fundus of the uterus. Mechanism for its occurrence remains not well understood. The majority of patients describe gynaecological symptoms as vaginal bleeding or shock, lower abdominal pain or bowel or bladder difficulties. The authors present a case of an asymptomatic woman diagnosed with chronic uterine inversion after clinical and imaging study of a cervical mass.
