A non-traumatic haematoma (NTH) is a potentially fatal condition that is common in older adults who are taking antiplatelet drugs or anticoagulants, and requires emergency treatment (Montoya et al. 1999; Burg and Dallara 2001; Mrug et al. 2002; Chan-Tack 2003; Vaya et al. 2003; Uthamalingam et al. 2004; Dohan et al. 2015; Triscott 2015). However, it is rarely reported in healthy young people, and there is no consensus on its treatment. Herein, we report the case of a healthy young woman with NTH in the paravaginal space that was diagnosed by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
