Sir, Herein, we present a case of yolk sac tumour derived from a mucinous adenocarcinoma in the ovary. To our knowledge, this was the second reported case of a yolk sac tumour arising from a mucinous adenocarcinoma of the ovary in the English literature. A 67-year-old woman presented with lower abdominal pain. Abdominal and pelvic MRI scanning identified bilateral adnexal masses and multiple nodular lesions that had metastasised to the liver, omentum and peritoneum (Figure 1(A)). The laboratory evaluation revealed there were elevated serum AFP (604.74 ng/mL) and CEA (693.05 ng/mL) levels. A
