The brief border war between China and India in 1962 remains shrouded in controversy. As Bruce Riedel, a 30-year veteran of the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and an advisor on South Asia to four US Presidents, reminds us, we knowmuch more about the Indian side of the conflict than the Chinese.
