Thomas Cattoi is Associate Professor of Christology and Cultures at the Jesuit School of Theology at Santa Clara University. He is the author of Theodore the Studite: Writings on Iconoclasm (Paulist Press, 2015). Christopher M. Moreman is Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Philosophy at California State University at East Bay. He is the author of Beyond the Threshold: Afterlife Beliefs and Experiences in World Religions (Rowman & Littlefield Publishers, 2010). Ken Estey is Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at Brooklyn College, City University of New York. He completed a PhD in Christian Ethics at Union Theological Seminary and is the author of a study on labor ethics, A New Protestant Labor Ethic at Work (Pilgrim Press, 2002).
