Timely detection of intracranial pathology facilitates earlier and potentially lifesaving treatment as well as markedly improved patient outcomes. As many neurological disorders have ophthalmic manifestations, the eye care practitioner is in a key position to detect and diagnose pathology in the visual pathways and brain. A case of previously undiagnosed craniopharyngioma in an otherwise seemingly healthy young patient is presented.
