Abstract While instructors are a critical component of the education paradigm, research into instructor perspectives on online education are sparse. Previously reported research from a larger study demonstrated that online and face-to-face instructor perspectives significantly differed on many factors related to online education. The purpose of this phase of that study is to report how age and gender affect instructor perceptions at a Jesuit, Catholic private university in the Northeast.
