Hemolymphangioma is a rare benign tumor consisting of blood vessels and cystically dilated lymphatics. It occurs in the neck, head, trunk or extremities, chest wall, and gastrointestinal tract. However, it is very rare in the mediastinum, especially in bones and mediastinum.1–5 So far, only one case of hemolymphangioma involving bones and internal organs has been reported.6 Furthermore, hemolymphangioma has no specific clinical symptoms. Herein, a hemolymphangioma case involving the right scapula and mediastinal soft tissue is reported. The patient presented with worsening cough and blood in the sputum.
