Abstract Primary pancreatic lymphoma is a rare entity. Primary pancreatic anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), representing a unique type of primary pancreatic lymphoma, is an extremely rare condition. ALCL is a type of T-cell lymphoma that can be divided into two subtypes based on anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) expression: ALCL–ALK positive, and ALCL–ALK negative. We report two cases of ALCL to represent the unique qualities of these primary pancreatic neoplasms.
