Ocular toxocariasis is classically described as a unilateral peripheral or posterior pole retinal granuloma associated with vitritis and sometimes vasculitis. To date, there is no report of ocular toxocariasis presenting without the classical retinal granuloma. The non-consensual treatment includes albendazole and corticosteroids targeting the parasite and the subsequent intraocular inflammation. We report here a case of a neurotoxocariasis presenting as a bilateral ocular disease without granuloma and treated by immunosuppressive treatment for recurrent disease.
